Create a Multi-OEM Windows Home Server DVD...

After Following the below steps you can create a Multi OEM Windows HOME Server DVD.The WHS PP3 will be fully activated when you install it on the following brands of pc which have these slp strings in their bios...

You can find out the slp strings in your Bios by using OEMBIOS tool (v1.1) from the downloads section

Steps to create a MULTI-OEM DVD...

1.Get yourself an untouched Windows Home Server OEM DVD..

2.Download the following archive and extract it on your desktop..

3.Download the relevant Oembios filesets as shown in the OEM folder from http://forums.mydigitallife.info/threads/3339-Server-2003-OEM-SLP-Keys...You must use only uncompressed oembios files..

4.Then use Ultraiso or any other iso editing software that you are familiar with and put the "OEM" folder and "CD.txt" file in the root of the WHS OEM iso..and also put the modified "install.cmd" from the downloaded files into the "\FILES\Install\install.cmd"...Just look at the below image,and this is how your iso image should look after putting all the folders and files in their places.

5.If you don't want to insert any KEY during the WHS set then modify the "pid.inf" in the "\SVR_2003\I386\" directory of the WHS iso.

6.Then just recompile the iso and you can now use this Multi-OEM DVD on any of the above brands and they will all be fully pre-activated..

NOTE:
**.You can delete the folders in the "OEM" folders which you dont want and also edit the relevant lines in the "oemscan.ini" in that folder as you wish..
**.I have not included the oembios filesets in the downloaded archive as then the download size will be more than 100MB,and i have also not included any WHS slp keys..You have to search google to get them..
**.All of this was possible because of "xehqter" from msfn and Freestyler who explained the concept in clear words and to many others whom i may not know directly..Thanks
